Dr Neil Raj

Dr Neil Raj is a holistic dentist with over 10 years of clinical experience, specialising in temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and orofacial pain. His clinical expertise includes neuromuscular trigger point release, developed through mentorship under the late Dr Paul Soon.

He graduated from Bangalore University in 1994 and completed a Master of Public Health in Sydney in 2001. Dr Raj is an active member of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and remains engaged in ongoing postgraduate education.

Dr Raj’s practice emphasises the integration of oral health, airway function, and systemic wellbeing, utilising evidence-informed therapies such as low-level laser treatment, breathing techniques, and stress-reduction strategies to optimise patient outcomes.

Rebbeca Mason

Bec started her dental career in 1995 as a Dental Assistant and moved into practice management in 1998, where she discovered her passion for leadership and team development. She has managed multiple practices and completed the two-year Prime Practice program, later spending three years working for Momentum Management coaching dental teams to strengthen leadership, systems, and sustainable growth.

Bec believes that when people grow, businesses thrive. Her coaching style is practical, empowering, and people-focused, helping build confident teams, strong cultures, and lasting change. Guided by integrity, accountability, and collaboration, she is committed to creating environments where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to lead.

Dr Joanna Gray

Dr Joanna Gray (PhD) is an organisational theorist, management consultant, and executive coach with nearly 20 years of experience in non-clinical dental practice management and leadership development. With a background in law and a PhD focused on organisational trust, she has taught undergraduate and MBA programs and delivered leadership training for senior executives in multinational organisations. As founder of Entrust Business Consulting, Dr Gray specialises in trust-based coaching, clear communication, and practical strategies that empower individuals and teams to build confidence, overcome barriers, and achieve sustainable professional growth.

Danielle Harper

Danielle Harper the Events Coordinator for ADAPT Dental Academy, brings over 12 years of experience in dental practice administration and front office leadership. Throughout her career, she has been the welcoming face and organisational backbone of busy dental practices, where she developed deep expertise in patient communication, scheduling logistics, and practice operations.

Danielle’s background gives her a unique understanding of the day-to-day realities of dental professionals, allowing her to create well-organised, engaging, and seamlessly run events that truly support the needs of the dental community. Her strengths in coordination, attention to detail, and relationship-building help ensure that every ADAPT Dental Academy event delivers both educational value and a positive attendee experience.

Known for her professionalism, warmth, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise, Danielle plays a key role in fostering meaningful connections between dental teams and continuing education opportunities.
